This brand claims it’s high-efficiency but it actually wastes a bunch of water and electricity. First of all the bleach tray completely rusted out within the first year or two of having it and secondly if you’re not careful the top can fly off during a spin cycle if you have bedding or other similar things. The reason why I say it wastes electricity and water is because it has an extremely difficult time finding a balanced spin cycle. When it can’t balance during a spin it stops and refills the tub with water to even out the load and then tries again and it could do this over and over and over again if it’s not able to find a balanced to spin. I have personally seen mine repeat this cycle at least three times and then I finally gave up. I just bought another washer and I will be so happy to get rid of this piece of garbage.
