I see lots of condensation in my machine but not really on the panel. However, it is a washer so condensation should have no affect on the machine. Mine goes back and forth I believe to even the weight of the clothes, but once it loads the water the back and forth motion is a lot more vigorous. The amount of water that loads is determined by the cycle, the extras, and the weight of the load. Work with it and you will figure out what’s best for each load. My clothes are always clean and smell good so no complaints here. Lol
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have an answer for you -- just an "Amen"! The condensation leaks up onto the front panel, and I'm pretty sure it'll shorten the life of the front panel (even if it's just cosmetically). I agree, there doesn't seem to be enough water or agitation to really get the clothes clean. I'm also unhappy with how much water is left behind after the spin cycle - my dryer has to run longer to make up for the wet fabrics.

Check out this link (https://bit.ly/2Dp0oVY) for some information that will help to determine if the vibrations you're experiencing are normal or not. I can also provide this link (https://bit.ly/2PHiiVb) that discusses how to tell if your washer is getting enough water. ^Jecca
