QuestionWhy was this washer returned? I seen it in the store and on the tag it had description of : residue but nothing more. I tried to find someone in the store but couldn't find anyone and there wasn't much for customers being there. Very interested in it.

QuestionThis Samsung top load washer model WA46CG3505AV says it has a built in water faucet feature. My machine has the faucet but no button to turn the faucet on and off. How do I turn the water faucet on and off on my machine?

- Answer It isn't located where all the other buttons are. It's actually by where you slide your fingers to lift up the lid, it's a silver button that says Water Jet. Press it once to turn the faucet, press it again to turn it off.
