  • QuestionI use the self-clean feature often, but still find pieces of mildew or brown specs at the bottom of the washer every now and then. Is there something else I’m supposed to be cleaning? I don’t see a filter or anything anywhere.

    • Answer Use pod to clean the washer, i purchased some from Walmart & they are just fine. You can do that "self clean" using those cleaning pod once a month, and trust me you will have nothing there.

    • Answer It isn't located where all the other buttons are. It's actually by where you slide your fingers to lift up the lid, it's a silver button that says Water Jet. Press it once to turn the faucet, press it again to turn it off.
