QuestionI use the self-clean feature often, but still find pieces of mildew or brown specs at the bottom of the washer every now and then. Is there something else I’m supposed to be cleaning? I don’t see a filter or anything anywhere.

- Answer It isn't located where all the other buttons are. It's actually by where you slide your fingers to lift up the lid, it's a silver button that says Water Jet. Press it once to turn the faucet, press it again to turn it off.

QuestionIs there a way to set the default water temperature for a normal wash to cold? I was able to do that with my Samsung front loader but can’t seem to with this one. I have to manually change the water temperature each time.
