Yes I have the same issue, this washer sucks..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is very easy to connect the water hoses incorrectly on this washer! When facing the washer from the FRONT, please note that the water intake connections on the back of the washer has Hot on the right side and Cold on the left side (again, this is when you look at the washer from the FRONT). Of course, this is just the opposite of the water faucets on your wall when you look at it, which has Hot on the left side and Cold on the right side. I don't recall my old washer being reversed like this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES!! My does the same thing, the temps are programmed wrong on the washer! If you select hot it will come out cold and if you select cold it will come out hot!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check to see if your hot water in line is on the correct side. This was the reverse of my old washer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your WA48H7400AW. Please make sure the hot and cold water hoses are connected properly and there are no kinks in the hoses. Turn off the water supply valves and disconnect the hoses from the back of the Washer so you can check the inlet hose screens for debris that may be preventing the water from entering the machine. It isn't unusual to have both hot and cold water enter even when cold is selected since the goal temperature for cold may be warmer than your tap provides. However, if you've checked the connections and only hot water is provided, service may be necessary. In this case, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No , is it possible you have water hoses reversed ?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had this problem. Is it possible that you have the hot water hose hooked up to the wrong side?
