I am petite. Honestly, I was disappointed when I could not reach comfortably into the washer. I briefly thought of getting a small folding step stool. After thinking it through, I didn't feel it would be a practical (or safe) solution stepping up and down to place wet items in the dryer. My solution: I use a pair of OXO 12" tongs with nylon tips to pull out items I can not reach at the bottom. Works perfectly! Give it a try.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not, but, my 5'2" wife is stretched to her limit
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm 5'4" and I sometimes have to stand on my tippy toes sometimes to get socks out of the bottom. A stepping stool wouldn't hurt! It's a pretty huge capacity!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for the question. Whether you have difficulty reaching the bottom of the WA48H7400AP depends on your height, as pointed out by another community member. I would suggest visiting a store with this or a similar size Samsung Washer on display to try it out. If you find it difficult to reach, then you may want to consider a Samsung model with the EZ Reach feature, which is currently available in the ultra large capacity 5.6 cubic foot WA56H9000 model. - Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had no problems reaching the bottom, however I am 5'9" tall. I can see how a shorter person may have a problem.
