QuestionBought one for my daughter graduation gift Tuesday. She was quite disappointed when she took it out of box, hooked it up, turned on and it had a distorted picture. Hopefully returning back to store. Have there been other issues similar to this?

- Answer The image to very good but I am experiencing issues with sound fluctuation and loss. I am finding it annoying and now inconvenient having to take it back for replacement as it took me over an hour to program it initially.
