A:Answer I am technology illiterate to say the least, this TV was so easy to set up, the sales rep told me what to do for set up, and said if I didn't like it I could return it. He was so correct, I set it up in minutes, it is a "smart" TV, with all the apps I was looking for. Very beautiful picture, easy to handle remote, great sound quality. I don't know about the other 40 ' TV, but for the price this one was great!
