He was so correct, I set it up in minutes, it is a "smart" TV, with all the apps I was looking for. Very beautiful picture, easy to handle remote, great sound quality. I don't know about the other 40 ' TV, but for the price this one was great!
A:AnswerYES, it have Closed Caption, used your Samsung remote (do not your cable box remote) go to menu or setting button, then system then accessibility then to closed caption and used cc button on remote to turn on. Hope it help you because that's how i turn mine on.
