It's not your wifi, it's the stupid TV. I tried everything, and finally broke down and bought a Roku with the Ultra HD capability. Another $100 I had to spend, but now it works perfectly. Also even when you do get the wireless to work (you have to unplug the TV and wait a bit and then plug it back in everytime you want to stream), it's very difficult to work within the streaming apps with the Samsung remote. In fact, if you're watching Amazon and want Closed Captioning, it's impossible to turn it on and off. With the Roku device, it's difficult (they've changed their software that works with Ultra HD). You have to use two different buttons on the remote and do 5 clicks. With my older TV and Roku 3, it only required that I press the * (star) button once to turn CC on and off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I havent had any problems with mine. Maybe reset ur wifi and then try again. I notice depending on service at the time also.
