The speakers on this TV are decent for daily shows, news, etc., but don't expect to be blown away. You can only get so much out of tiny speakers squeezed into a flat screen's plastic case. You can get by with the TV as it is, but I would suggest still getting a sound bar( with a sub even better) or connecting to another external audio system to maximize your viewing experience for other than daily shows.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The sound seems fine. I use this TV in a guest room so it doesn't get a lot of play.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is exactly what my daughter 12 wanted for her birthday. Great for a room 10X12 just no sub woofing without sound bar. Hooks right to internet, connects to her phone and her computer, streaming the whole bit. And this picture is oh so nice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This makes the third Samsung TV I have. The onboard sound is pretty good on all of them. I had a spare sound bar, so I put it on this on to get deeper base. It is not a Samsung sound bar, so it doesn't work with the TV remote. This TV is in the master bedroom and I may get one of the two offered Samsung sound bars for the integrated convenience. My 65" in the living room has a high power Samsung sound bar and it will move the furniture if it is turned up too far ! You should like it either way.
