I have mine setup in a bright room and it can be seen clearly without any glare issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is mildly glossy. Not a full gloss but definitely a mirror type quality depending on the angle of the light. I don't think its a problem with overhead lighting. My glare/reflections comes from the setting sun blasting through windows towards the west. Not much of a problem though because I can shut the blinds until the angle changes. It also a little worse in the fall/winter as the sun sets lower in the west at my latitude.
