“When I turn my soundbar off I lose some settings, is this normal? When I turn my soundbar back on I have to set my volume again, turn surround sound back on, and change my sound effect back to sports mode. Sub volume, bass and treble all stay correct. Does anyone else have this problem and is there any known fix?”

• It is normal for mine. That's my biggest complaint. The sound bar does not seem to retain settings.

• Try updating the firmware on your sound bar. There are directions on how to do that on Samsung's support page.

• no i don't that's weird my vol stays the same, never checked the sound effect , ill half to ck it again
