“My tv picture is black with gray fad you can tell is on but no picture & i have unpluged & restart but still no picture just black screen:. Any suggestions? Has this occured with anyone?”

The same happened to me. I was told Geek Squad could repair for a fee, but they'd have to come into my home to repair any TV over 42".
