• A:Answer I'm going to guess that you can't. Normally, with most TV's and certainly all of the Samsung TV's I have, you can only use either the internal speakers (TV) or external speakers (soundbar, HT receiver). If you're using the ARC HDMI port connected to the receiver, it should automatically set "external speakers" if the receiver is powered on.

Q: QuestionI am looking at installing this TV in Portrait orientation for signage issues. Can the TV logic switch its mode or what are the options? I am replacing an existing unit that has its mounting screws centered on either orientation, is this unit same?

• A:Answer I guess it would depend on what's "driving" the display. For instance, if a PC is the video source and you're using the TV as a monitor, you can always set the display to portrait within Windows. But I don't believe there is an orientation for portrait or landscape within the Samsung menu native to the TV.
