“What kind of base Does this have a pedestal base - as pictured here - and does it swivel? My 4 year old 37 inch LCD Samsung has the same looking stand. Swivel is not a big deal but it needs to be a pedestal base, not the new style with two feet at opposite ends of the screen.”

• An easy to install center mount pedestal base is included. The base that came with mine does not swivel.

• Yes, It has the same base that is in the picture. It has a large flat surface area.
