“I don't know how to get to Netflix etc on my remote. Whenever I click on the smart hub button I see all the programs I can watch but after that I don't know how to get to them.Please help me through this.I'm 75 yrs old and need a little help. Thank you very much.”

• This is not a smart tv. You would need something like a Roku like I have to access Netflix, etc.

• We have a different model but we can use the smaller remote light beam option or the larger remote will use the arrow buttons.
