“I can't control the volume on my tv. Every time I change channels, I can't get the volume to work. I programmed my Comcast remote to the tv. Is this due to a connection/HDMI issue or bad tv?”

• I understand there was a firmware upgrade for volume control issues, may need to go into System Settings and update the TV. Otherwise it might need a different code to fully work volume too.
