• No, there aren't any internet options on this TV, you'll need a game console or roku-type device to access Netflix

• No, but these days any blue ray, console system or device you connect it to will have netflix. Or buy chrome cast or something similar

• You can watch Netflix on this TV, but you will need a device such as a Samsung Blu-ray player to do so.
