This whole retail TV handling process is prone to mistakes. they broke it during the wrapping process. I should've pass over this liability to the delivery service,
A:AnswerYes. the packaging is very well put together. As long as you dont face it down on its face you should be fine. Restrict it from sliding if you can as its obviously fragile but the packaging is well put together.
A:AnswerDid you go into settings and check the options for “sound” I have mine set to theater sound and it’s heavy bass because that’s what i prefer. You can set to a different setting and even go to expert settings and set sound to focus more on voice
