With the caveat that sometimes, it will adjust the remaining time as it senses a change is necessary. for example, last night we did a quick wash of my wife's clothes which started at 33 minutes, but the machine ultimately tacked on an extra 5 minutes. I don't know why, perhaps just to make sure it spun all the water out. Probably related to volume of clothes in there.
