“I would buy this but not sure of it always going off balance like the LG washer I have now. It takes 3 hours to do one load because of going off balance. Help me please thank you.”

• Had a Samsung washer before and this is a replacement of the last one that was a recall due to too much shaking, but. I issue with either about the wash quality

• Not for sure what u mean when u say going off balance. I have had mines for a while and I haven’t experienced this. Mines is so quiet and runs smooth
