“When the washer is off, if I spin the drum I can hear water. Is this normal? It sounds like water is not draining fully under the drum. I've read about this noise for other washers, is it normal for this one?”

• I had to spin it several times and heard some water. Very little though. My old washer did the same thing. Very common for most washers I think.

• My Samsung washer does the same thing. When I shiftthe empty drum back and forth in the off position, I hear water sloshing around.

• Hello Cesar! Typically if the washer is not draining properly an error message will appear on the display. If you're concerned about the draining, this link (https://bit.ly/2KgS0Hw) has some very helpful information about what things could cause the washer to not drain. ^Jecca
