QuestionHello all. Just purchased this washer and have a few questions. I hooked it up tonight and the entire “Quick wash” cycle has been incredibly slow. Very slow filling with “warm water” and it fills insanely slow on the rinse cycle while spinning. Normal?

- Answer I do not believe this is normal. Mine fills fine. It’s a large drum it may take awhile but I believe you have an issue. Never a full problem for me.

QuestionThree questions:I will be using this to dye clothing... 1. Is it possible to stop and change/reset cycle or phase of wash during a wash cycle? 2. can the lid be opened mid-cycle? 3. Can you fill the washer without first putting clothing in the washer?

- Answer 1 yes you can pause then stop the wash cycle and change it. 2 You can open lid by pausing, but machine will not work with lid open. 3 yes fill the washer with water then pause and put clothes in.

- Answer In my washer the tub fills enough to cover the clothes, but does not fill the tub. The agitation is gentle, but seems to get the clothes clean.
