“Samsung claims to know nothing about this model. This is a Best Buy exclusive. What is the model of the soundbar and rear speaker kit? Samsung only shows a Q800A. How does this compare to the HW-Q950T? Is this better or have better technology? Help”

This soundbar doesn't include the SWA-9500s. The rear speakers are the SWA-9100s which doesn't have the up firing speakers like the ones that come with the HW-Q950T.

The 2021 HW-Q850A is a 5.1.2 channel sound system; the 2020 HW-Q950T features 9.1.4 channels, including upward firing rear speakers that are exclusive to the HW-Q950T Soundbar.
