QuestionI plugged my HDMI ARC soundbar cable to Crystal 7000 Samsung in correct port. Plugged into my soundbar and checked HDMI ARC in expert settings. Sound bar worked a few hours and lost sound. checked setting in sound output. HDMI ARC not listed.

Questioni have and older bluray player samsung bdp s350 no arc and an older samsung 55 in tv no arc i have the bluray hooked up to the soundbar with an hdmi cable and a hdmi cable to pass the picrure will the soundbar play hd master and the other formats

QuestionHow do I get /Resolution/FrameRate/Dolby Type/.... status? Ie.. Where is the info btn? Other sound units readout the Dolby mode upon switching channels or films. This will only show status on boot up. Q850 soundbar is paired with a 75" QLED 90a via eARC

- Answer Are you talking about the HDMI arc? If your TV supports HDMI eArc, you may want to switch it to the regular ARC and not the eARC. My sony lost connection to the sound bar after I upgraded to eARC. Also, buy high quality hdmi cables because ARC and eARC will require it. I had some cheap ones on Amazon that stopped working with this samsung soundbar but worked with my cheaper vizio soundbar. I went and bought an 8k quality hdmi cable and it worked with the samsung soundbar. Also, try unplugging your TV and soundbar power cable and HDMI cables as well for at least 20 minutes. Then plug them back in. These have been issues I have dealt with.

QuestionEverything is set up. Rear speakers and sub show connected. I have played multiple sources and am not getting any sound out of the rear speaker even though the volume is set to max on the rear speaker. Also cannot adjust level on the SW. Advice?

QuestionI was told by the Samsung rep at the store I could add an additional pair of speakers as front firing to compliment the rear speaker kit the q850t comes with. So I bought a SWA-9100S. It only allows 2 connections at a time not all 3? It kicks the 3rd off.
