Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try setting all settings in the TV and BD player to Defaults. When the movie starts select "Setup" and make sure "Dolby Atmos" is selected as the audio output, return to the movies setup screen and click on "Play Movie". You should see "Dolby Atmos" scroll across the soundbar display. Good luck, I know it's frustrating to get get all this techie stuff to work together.

For our installation with a Vizio 70" Ultra 4K TV, we finally ended up with this hook-up: First make sure all HDMI cables are rated for high-speed (these are the new ones) and that the arrows on the ends of the cables are going in the correct direction. 1. First cable goes from HDMI out on the Samsung Player to the HDMI in on the ATMOS sound bar with the arrow pointing to the sound bar. 2. Second cable goes from ARC in (also out) on the sound bar to HDMI 1 on your TV, with arrow pointing to the TV. 3. Go into the settings menus on both the player and on the TV and turn off all smart TV connection functions. You have to turn all of them off on both units. 4. Turn on player, turn on sound bar and select HDMI 1 as your source, turn on the TV and select HDMI 1 as your source. Both picture and sound should operate, and your sound bar should say that ATMOS is engaged.
