Bought this HW-K950 from best buy. Only lasted 2 yrs for over $1400 paid and out of warranty. Not only has been issues with connectivity which disconnect constantly but now absolutely won't even turns power on from base or remote. We spent over $4000 for this speaker set and TV both Samsung and TV has been acting weird, not functioning often as well. (My mother in-low spent thousands dollar for new refrigerator and had issue needed to replace as well....) Very disappointed Samsung for warranty and quality. I think I will stay away from Samsung now.

Please try again later.I haven’t had any of the buzzing but I have issues with the rear speakers and the sub woofer disconnecting and actually have thought about returning the product as I cannot get the rear speakers to both reconnect only 1 will. Having said that when it does work the sound in Atmos mode is like a theater.

Please try again later.Mine cuts out at least 2-3 times during a movie, it's only for 3-4 second and by the time I get up from the couch when it happens once I realize, by that time it comes back so I cannot tell if it's the entire system is cutting out or just the sub, but certainly the sub for sure disconnects. Sucks. Other than that it's a great sounds bar. But bugs me nevertheless.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have some weird issues happening ourselves...after I turn it off and switch the channels it come back on all by it self. Also I need to reconnect the speakers occasionally...other than that it has an awesome sound!!
