Why doesn’t it come with a remote? null

This setup does come with a remote. Well, mine did

This is the newer model it does not come with a remote because you dont need it install using hdmi ARC and you can operate all functions with the tv remote

It comes with a remote. Check your box and make sure you didnt miss it. If its not in there, go to the store and ibform them so you're taken care of .
