Yes it is. Keep in mind this is not a true 5.1 surround sound system. The soundbar simply imitates one. But they do a pretty good job of it considering the price.

My sister has a TLC television for her Roku and the sound bar connected with no problem. I have a Samsung TV myself. But I do believe they’ll work with any recent model TV.
