• It's possible, but there are only two HDMI and one Optic connection.

• The only way possible I could see is that one uses the optical input and the other then would have to use the HDMI cable into the sound bar. But I am uncertain how the quality would be or if the settings on one tv would mess with the other tv and vise versa.
