QuestionMy Soundbar has no display in front of it how can i get that fixed? I even posted this on Samsung's website but i got no response.

- Answer There is a small display to the far right of the soundbar if laid flat. It shows the words on, bye, and the different sound settings (surround, pro-game, standard...). If you don't see any of these, I suggest returning it.

QuestionMy samsung q60t isnt letting me adjust the volume. When i try using the remote or buttons on top it adjusts up and down slowly but always goes back to 7?

QuestionHi I live in a top floor apartment and I am concerned about noise / vibrations from the speakers to my neighbors under me, Could I attach the speakers to the wall ? Is there another way you recommend so as not to disturb them

- Answer The vibrations come mostly from the subwoofer. Mounting the sound bar and smaller speakers to the wall shouldn’t cause too many vibrations.

QuestionDoes this support PCM5.1 (not dolby digital 5.1) audio through an HDMI arc connection with hdr10+?

- Answer Hi Jp, The Q60T doesn't support PCM 5.1. You'll need to step up to the Q70T for that support. HDR10+ content which includes the appropriate codecs for PCM 5.1 should translate without conflict so long as you are plugged into the eArc port. QuestionI have a good size Great Room. The majority of seating will between 10 & 15 feet from the sound bar. Would the best placement for subwoofer be in front, near the TV or in back, near the rear speakers? Also, is 'centering' the subwoofer of ANY importance?

- Answer Hi CarolinaTR, subwoofers are "omnidirectional" so there is no one placement that is perfect. Having said that, the sub will be generating higher than 80Hz bass so you will hear the sub as a distinct sound source if placed too far from the sound bar Try to keep the sub within 4 or 5 feet of the TV. Also, don't put the subwoofer in a corner, the problem being that a corner placement tends to magnify the bass, making it harder to blend with a sound bar. I hope this helps! ^Scott

- Answer Hi Tb127, HDMI will typically have a higher throughput and carry more advanced codecs (like Dolby Atmos, or DTS-X) than Optical or Bluetooth. I hope this helped! ^Scott

- Answer Hi there, 5.1 means there are 5 channels in front of the bar and one on the floor (subwoofer). If you were to add wireless rears to the soundbar it would be 7.1. Hope this helps! ^Scott

QuestionWhen is HDMI the sound bar pauses, the TV goes has no audio or video, due to that, then the sound bar resumes. It does this often. Also when in TV ARC mode it randomly jumps to D.in until I switch it back.
