- Answer Yes, mine is mounted to our wall right below our tv. It mounts well and is light enough to not have any visible sagging.

QuestionAll of a sudden, when I connect the laptop to the hdmi port on the tv, I have only video and no audio. Previously, the audio would come through the soundbar. It is connected the same way, same inputs, etc. I changed absolutely nothing. Any ideas?

QuestionI have a Q70 QLED TV paired with a Q950T soundbar. It works, and I can get Q Symphony when streaming. However, I can't seem to get Q Symphony to work with an external 4K blu ray player. Using eARc w/ TV bar, and then blu ray to the soundbar.

QuestionI bought a LG streaming/blu-ray disc player and plugged into the sound bar via hdmi but the audio seems to be out of sync when I play a blu ray disc. Is there some latency problem or something i can do to get the audio properly synced to the picture? THX

- Answer Hi Steph - We recommend connecting your Blu-ray player and HW-Q60T Soundbar directly to your TV via HDMI, rather than connecting the Blu-ray player to your soundbar. If the video on the TV and audio from the soundbar are still not synchronized, press the SOUND CONTROL button on the soundbar remote, until you see AUDIO SYNC on the display. You can then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons. If the issue persists, please contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG. ^Gina

QuestionWill this soundbar attach directly to the bottom of a Samsung Q70T? If not, is there some sort of "adapter plate/kit" that allows you to directly attach it to the bottom of the TV? (Putting TV on articulating mount, so don't want soundbar on wall)

- Answer Yes. This bar is capable to handle that, with the addition of the Samsung loud treat speakers(sold separately). I live the sound quality from the bar, just make sure your rear speakers work properly, mine started acting up, (dropping sounds, all sounds, for no reason) and when your in the middle of an action scene, and your rear speakers just loose sound, it can be very distracting. Best buy was no help. Anyway.. you will love this sounds bar. Woofer gives great sound with huge vibrations. And paired with properly working rear speakers, this bar system has been the best I've heard
