A:AnswerThe recall was just Samsung sending an email to those who bought a specific Serial Number of this item telling them to update their device software. This issue was fixed by updating the software on your washer, Samsung did it automatically if you were connected to Wi-Fi. If not, then you could go in the app and it would show you how to update. I bought mine August 2022 and I have not had an issue at all. (There's also 6 people in my household so this gets used a lot, still no issues)

A:AnswerI have not washed a stuffed toy, if need maybe add water before turning on the machine so that it can cover the toy. Once the wash cycle turns on it will spin the toy to be washed. I hope this helps.
