Q: QuestionIt says in the specifications that the power cord is not supplied? Is this correct? If so, how do I purchase a power cord?

• A:Answer I recently purchased this washer and matching dryer during the holiday sale. The washer does come with the power cord; however, the dryer does not. The proper cord for the dryer will be determined by which plug in you have in your home, as to do you need a 3 prong or 4 prong dryer cord. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer We were having the same problem, until the entire washing machine stopped washing...it just cycles through some type of endless loop without actually starting. Best Buy Customer Service was useless. They just told me there is NO WARRANTY ON THIS ITEM. REALLY? That's a new one to me. It's being more challenging than I thought it would be to locate this information. The appliance is just 4 years old and its completely broken. If this is they type of service and quality Samsung and Best Buy are offering, we'll be spreading the word and shopping elsewhere. Very disappointed in both businesses.

• A:Answer Depending on your vent configuration, 6 to 8 inches would suffice. Anything less than 6" could cause issues with the vent pipe staying secure on the dryer exhaust port.
