- Answer Turn on the unit open the top press the button, this is a great feature if you have a stain on something and you want to rub the item under the water. I use it to wash off the soap drawer too. (I take it out)

QuestionWhat happened to the my cycle. I loved that. I always have a heavy load when washing so I could just preset my wash option and choose my cycle and it goes to what I have it set on. I didn't have to set the wash cycle each time. Missing that option.

QuestionWhy does my fabric softener empty into the washer after I fill and close it? This doesn't happen every time, but often. I've wasted so much, it's irritating.

- Answer I found that it happens when the reservoir is overfilled. Even when it is just under the max line it still leaks when shut. I have been filling the fabric softner cap and then dumping that into the reservoir, no problems since.

QuestionI paused my cycle 2 min after I started it & added more items, but then there wasn't enough water. How do I add more water to a cycle that already started? I tried turning off & on again & selecting my cycle, but it got rid of all the water and refilled.

- Answer Hello CareyC. No, the deep wash is recommended for special cases that require more water than typical wash loads. Uses more water in washing and rinsing. The deep-fill option adds more water to the washer without causing it to drain. It will continue to wash with more water, and Cycle time will be extended. With auto-sensing, the machine automatically regulates the water level based on the load size. Have a great day. -John
