“Is there any way to turn off ALL sounds?”

• I just contacted Samsung support online, and maddeningly, no, there is no way to turn it off (unlike most of their models). Or, to put it in Samsung-speak: "Hello, NOLA3. I do understand that you are seeking a way to turn off the sounds associated with your Samsung Top Load Washer with Active WaterJet. I have located the answer which can be used to validate and answer the answer you are seeking to reduce, or completely remove, the sounds. The answer is no. Thank you for reaching out to us. I have located and included the owner's e-manual which can be used to validate and answer the answer you are seeking to reduce, or completely remove, the sounds. Please click this link (https://bit.ly/2Qpu0Hf) and on page 36 indicates how to operate some of the functions that will eliminate certain sounds. You are welcome to check out the link to read about what can be turned off and what other options that you may have to eliminate the music or sound that is played while your washer is in use or upon completion of the wash cycle.
