- Answer There is no middle agitator which concerned me at first but it’s really great because it doesn’t limit putting larger items like blankets, comforters , dog bedding etc. Not aware that one can be added. Very large drum that allows large surface area exposed to clean . Didn’t realize how bad my old washer was until I got this!

- Answer Actually use the quick wash cycle..the machine will spin the clothes to get the actual weight..ive used the quick wash for two pairs of pants and two shirts..uniforms for work..srarted out by displaying 45 minutes..then dropped to 38 minutes!!! Because of the weight of the load !!

QuestionI just bought this machine, it’s my first auto dispense machine and I’m not sure if I’m using it right, I filled it up with soap the first time but when I was ready for a second load it still had a lot of soap left from the previous load, is this right?
