A:Answer Mine lasted exactly 3 months to the day. At the time of writing this reply, 17 days have past, the range is not repaired, one contractor has said the range is not repairable, and Samsung opened a ticket with a new contractor for a second opinion. When I express to them this is costing me money via having to repeatedly taking time off work and eating out, Samsung just keeps telling me they “apologize for the inconveniences.”
