Hi beaver.
Make sure that the Control Lock is not activated, to activate/deactivate that feature, press and hold "OFF CLEAR" button for 3 seconds. If the buttons still not responding, get in contact with us via Facebook/Twitter: @SamsungSupport

Why would I know how to fix it, I'm a customer, not the appliance shop. Now I'm a little nervous about the range that we love so far may go junk. A big hammer comes to mind.
