What is the griddle made of? null

It's a cast iron material with non stick coating. Sounds great in theory but I never use it because the griddle burner is basically useless. It doesn't get hot enough to make pancakes. I wish it was just a 6 burner stove now. After having stove for a year I would not buy it again without a re-design of the griddle burner.

Non stick top, seems to be a cast iron type bottom.

It is cast aluminum, not cast iron. At least with propane, the center griddle does not get hot enought to use. The non-stick surface is good, but what's the point if it is not hot enought to actually cook something. I hardly use it (or the center burner) at all.

Non- Stick coating on cast iron. It is Awesome! You have to turn it on HIGH for 15-20 minutes to heat the cast iron well, but making Pancakes and Grilled Cheese (the way professionals do) is Awesome! Turn your heat down accordingly
