“I am off the grid and on propane with solar and limited electricity. Does the self clean, dehydrator and convection mode use electricity or LP for heating? If so what is the energy rating of the appliance? Electronic ignition for burners or? Thanks Marty”

You will need both lp and electricity to run the stove. The convection mode uses a fan which is electrically powered as well as the igniters for the oven and cooktop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Electricity is used to start the stove top burners which then run on gas. Electricity is needed for the oven and when the power went out for a few minutes, the oven went off. I had to restart it when the power came back on. I don't know the energy rating.
