“When we bought this range 2 years ago we converted it to LP. They have just ran natural gas to our area and need to convert back. Having a hard time finding the conversion kit back to Natural gas. Do you know where I can get one ?”

Sadly, it sounds like you did not save little brass tips from when it was was natural gas. I would always start with the manufacturer first. If they don't have it they should be able to tell you when you get it
