“Whats the difference between convection bake and roast?”

• If that was the only difference then why are there 2 different buttons, one for roast and the other for bake.

• Convection baking is for food being cooked on different racks -like quantities cookies, breads ... Convection Roasting is for larger cuts of meat - uncovered
