• Great question, JessicaEdith! Air frying and convection bake/roast are different in the way they heat the food. I'd like to provide this link (https://bit.ly/36PgmnA) to the user manual. Page 39 discusses how best to use convection mode, and page 50 talks about the air fry option. ^Jecca
