Guess you have to actually clean it the old fashioned way !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good luck. I owned this Range a mere four months and the finish on the cooktop is peeling off. I followed directions in the manual and only cleaned the cooktop with warm water and mild dish soap. DOES NOT WORK, and now the supposed "ceramic" cooktop is pitted, the finish is chipping off and the stovetop looks like it is 10 years old. I called Sears for a replacement since it had a one-year warranty, and they sent me to Samsung. Samsung sent a rep who looked at the stove and called Samsung who then accused us of misuse. According to the person on the other end of the phone with the serviceman, without even seeing the damage, assuming it was due to misuse and therefore not their responsibility. Samsung has a total disregard for the customer once they have your money. They would not stand behind the product even though it was obvious that it was a defect. I would not suggest purchasing this Range. STAY AWAY!!!!
