“What could be the problem when most of the buttons for the oven controls and digital display are not working or responding?”

• Needed to have a Samsung service person out for a different reason but he mentioned that most of his calls are for control board issues -- like this one. BB can give you the phone number to call for service. I recommend you do that even if you don't have extended warranty. I'm not suggesting you pay for service, call to see if they will send someone out for free.

• I've found unresponsive buttons occur because the button I tried wasn't the appropriate button.
