“Does the griddle pan sort of "lock" into place on grates in the middle? Or is up to you to center it correctly?”

• I have found the griddle to be a little bit of a pain to situate. There is a point at which you "know" that it is settled in the correct place but I find myself moving it around more than I want to to actually get it there. I'm hoping I'll get a lot faster after I do it a few more times.
