• Thanks for your interest in the NX58F5500SS. The oven burners can't be lit manually during a power outage, but the surface burners can. - Ms. Samsung

• The oven requires a gas-line for both the ranges and the oven. It needs to be plugged in to start the igniters and for powering the oven controls and timer/clock.

• yes the oven works with lots of power. Gas power!
