“burner heat details I am confused that all gas stoves have different burners for different heat levels, etc. If I want to cook a delicate sauce on one of the front burners, can it be turned down low enough? I don't always want to simmer on a back burner. Any help on this? I really am confused as to how this would work.”

I had this problem with my Samsung, also. It helps to use a "simmer plate. I'm attaching a photo of my two simmer plates
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a low burner on the right rear for sauces.. The front right is a power burner and has high heat for boiling and the front left is also a high burner, then the rear left is a medium burner.. Stick to the right rear for sauces.

Please try again later.Hi Barb, I can't speak for other brands, but I can tell you that the NX58F5500SS and other Samsung Ranges, gas and electric, feature different size burners and elements that offer a variety of power levels for different needs. The smaller burners in the rear are able to maintain lower heat levels for simmering, but the front burners are designed to provide a higher level of power, such as for boiling and sauteing, and wouldn't be ideal for simmering.
