• Touch BAKE. Then, enter the desired temperature. Hit START. The thermostat will rise until the desired temperature is reached.

• There sure is, Louz! Here is a link (https://bit.ly/3tKAlPb) to the user manual for this model. Page 32 has step by step instructions on how to adjust the cooking temperature. ^Jecca
