“Why this range has 2 temperature control?, one for the oven 0-35 and the normal cooking temperature. How do we adjust these two to work together? I never heard such a thing. Oven should have one temperature as in the old days”

One temperature setting is for the conventional oven. The other setting is for the convection oven setting. The convection oven makes sure the heating is evenly distributed throughout the oven unlike the conventional oven which only heats from the bottom where the coils are.
